Tip 1:

Take 1 tbsp black cumin seeds (shah jeera), roast and mix with 1 tbsp of unroasted black cumin seeds and powder both
together. Take 1/2 a tsp with a glass of water once a day.

Tip 2:

Radish juice taken in the morning and night. Start with 1/4 a cup and increase to 1/2 a cup gradually over a period of 1 month.

Tip 3:

Wash 3-4 figs. Soak in a glass of water over night. Eat them first thing in the morning. Again repeat in the night.

Tip 4:

Boil 1 ripe banana in 1 cup of milk, mash well. Take 3-4 times a day.

Tip 5:

Crush bitter gourd leaves and extract the juice. Mix 3 tsp in 1 glass of buttermilk, and drink on an empty stomach every morning, for a month.

X. Can Fluoride in Water CAUSE cavities?
You probably have heard something about the dangers of fluoride.
Many people do not realize that fluoride in their water or in their
toothpaste can directly affect their chances of healing tooth decay
naturally. You heard me right, use fluoride and you will DECREASE
your chances of healing your teeth. Here we will discuss the
problems with fluoride and what you can do about it.

George Heard author of Man vs. Toothache writes
"The dental investigators who came to our County some fifteen years
ago did, in my opinion, make a serious mistake when they gave to
fluorine the credit for our good teeth, and overlooked the quality
of food grown in our rich, well mineralized soil. Every person I
found who had no dental caries, consumed much milk."

That is raw milk from grassfed cows.

Fluoridated Water and Your Health

The chemicals used in are water are: fluorosilicic acid, sodium
silicofluoride, and sodium fluoride. These are industrial waste
products from the phosphate fertilizer industry.

Fluoride Effects on Teeth:
A larger study has been conducted in New Zealand. There, the New
Zealand National Health Service plan examines the teeth of every
child in key age groups, and have found that the teeth of children
in non-fluoridated cities were slightly better than those in the
fluoridated cities. (Colquhoun, J. "Child Dental Health Differences
in New Zealand", Community Healthy Services, XI 85-90, 1987).

Why Fluoride is Unsafe
1) It accumulates in our bones and makes them more brittle and
prone to fracture. The weight of evidence from animal studies,
clinical studies and epidemiological studies on this is
overwhelming. Lifetime exposure to fluoride will contribute to
higher rates of hip fracture in the elderly.

2) It accumulates in our pineal gland, possibly lowering the
production of melatonin a very important regulatory hormone (Luke,
1997, 2001).

3) It damages the enamel (dental fluorosis) of a high percentage of
children. Between 30 and 50% of children have dental fluorosis on
at least two teeth in optimally fluoridated communities (Heller et
al, 1997 and McDonagh et al, 2000).

4) There are serious, but yet unproven, concerns about a connection
between fluoridation and osteosarcoma in young men (Cohn, 1992), as
well as fluoridation and the current epidemics of both arthritis
and hypothyroidism.

5) In animal studies fluoride at 1 ppm in drinking water increases
the uptake of aluminum into the brain (Varner et al, 1998).

6) Counties with 3 ppm or more of fluoride in their water have
lower fertility rates (Freni, 1994).

7) In human studies the fluoridating agents most commonly used in
the US not only increase the uptake of lead into children's blood
(Masters and Coplan, 1999, 2000) but are also associated with an
increase in violent behavior.

8) The margin of safety between the so-called therapeutic benefit
of reducing dental decay and many of these end points is either
nonexistent or precariously low.

Note: that the fluoride and chlorine in water and the bromine in
food aggravate an existing widespread iodine deficiency in the U.S.
Fluoride and Toothpaste

Did you know that there is an enzyme in saliva that remineralizes
soft spots in teeth using calcium in food?

This enzyme is killed by fluoride and it cannot work even in the
absence of fluoride if the teeth are covered by glycerin, a major
component of toothpaste.

Fluoride also weakens or damages the kidneys. Since it is a poison
it won't in the long run make your teeth healthier.

You can use sea salt or Himalayan salt instead of tooth paste.

Fluoride in Your Water Supply:
If you have fluoride in your water supply it could seriously
inhibit your ability to heal your teeth. Again, fluoride destroys
enzymes, and makes bones brittle by creating an artificial bone
structure. Plus you don't want to be drinking poison do you?

local water department and ask them. Over 70% of U.S. households
have fluoridated water. To get fluoride out of your water, you'll
need to buy a special filter than can remove fluoride. (Or bottled

Tooth Decay

A New Theory To Stop Tooth Decay
Summary and Objective: It is important for us to understand how to
think correctly about tooth cavities. In this lesson we will
explore the roots of the ideas about tooth decay so you can
understand where our modern beliefs about tooth cavities come from.
Then you can decide for yourself whether or not you should continue
to believe in them.

In ancient times people believed that cavities were caused by the
tooth worm. I suppose people saw how worms ate holes in apples, and
then concluded a worm was eating a hole in their teeth. People also
believed cavities were caused by "evil spirits." Today we give
these "evil spirits" and worms a new face - bacteria.

The current theory of tooth decay was synthesized in 1882 by
dentist W. D. Miller. He announced that cavities were caused by
acids in the mouth that were formed by microorganism. He came to
this conclusion from test tube experiments. He found that extracted
teeth immersed for long periods in fermenting mixtures of bread and
saliva produced what appeared to be tooth decay. It is important to
note that Dr. Miller considered that he had not found all the
factors in tooth decay with this acid hypothesis.

Dr. Miller wrote this:

"The extent to which any tooth suffers from the action of the acid
depends upon its density and structure, but more particularly upon
the perfection of the enamel and the protection of the neck of the
tooth by healthy gums. What we might call the perfect tooth would
resist indefinitely the same acid to which a tooth of opposite
character would succumb in a few weeks."

In simple terms. Dr. Miller believed that acid from the mouth, or
"bacterial waste" would not harm a healthy tooth. In his words a
tooth would "resist indefinitely" acid.

Yet somehow, this opinion of the creator of the acid tooth decay
theory is generally ignored by those who place extreme blame for cavities
on the oral environment. From the oral environment perspective, any
tooth that becomes infected with certain bacteria will decay, and
nothing can prevent this.

The American Dental Association takes this same extreme oral
environment position:

"Although tooth decay has declined among young children as a group,
it can still be a problem for individual children, and even teens
and adults. That's because plaque, a sticky film of bacteria,
constantly forms on your teeth. When you eat or drink foods
containing sugars or starches, the bacteria in plaque produce
acids that attack tooth enamel. The stickiness of the plaque
keeps these acids in contact with your teeth and after many such
attacks, the enamel can break down and a cavity forms."

Notice the Difference from 1882 to 2009:

In 1882 Dr. Miller said that even though food sticking on teeth is
a factor in cavities, the most fundamental mechanism to tooth
health is the "density and structure" of the tooth. Today, the ADA leaves
out this important message about making teeth strong. Leaving the
public with dental treatments, tooth brushing and flossing as our only
mechanism to stop tooth decay.

The new theory of cavities is really quite old:

The new theory of tooth decay suggests that it is the strength of
the tooth that is a primary factor in dental health. The strength
of the tooth is a result of the internal health of the body. It is
a result of having enough vitamin and minerals in the system to
produce healthy teeth and bones. This is in complete agreement with
Dr. Miller's one hundred year old tooth decay theory. When your
defensive factors are high - which is a result of a good diet, then
you will be immune to tooth cavities. When your defensive factors
are low, which is the result of a poor diet or aggravating factors
like prescription drugs, then the tooth is susceptible to a variety
of factors that encourage the decay process. That means that acid
in the mouth from bacteria, if there is any significant acid from
bacteria, will only cause decay, or be in excess when the body is
out of balance.

The same is true for tooth infections, tooth pain, hot/cold
sensitivity, loose teeth, chipping teeth, or receding gums. These
are all signs that the body is not in ideal health, that the teeth
have lost their protective ability, and as a result, you have tooth
decay in all its forms.

PRANAYAM

PRANAYAM

Pranayama aims at bringing the involuntary functions of the respiratory mechanism within human control. The term pranayama has been constituted by two words: Prana + Ayama. Prana is the vital force which pervades the whole cosmos. Prana is more subtle than air and can be defined as the energy essence that is within everything in the universe. Prana is the principle of development and sustenance both of the nervous and cellular tissues of the body and the mind.

In the process of breathing when the prana air is inhaled, definite action takes place. One is related to the ingestion of oxygen into the alveoli and the other to the ingestion of the nervous energy into the brain system.


Ayama means to control or to give a rhythm or a definite flow. In this sense Pranayama may be defined as a process and technique through which vital energy can be stimulated and increased: and this brings about perfect control over the flow of Prana within the body.


Pranayama is an exact science. Regulation of breathing, as a matter of fact, is natural. It hardly offers any scope of artificiality. The breath enters through the nose and depending on ones general health and strength of the lungs; it is retained inside and then is exhaled. This natural condition of intake and outflow of the breath goes on continuously and it is on this process that human life depends. The difference between this natural process and the 'Pranayama' is that in the former the inhalation and exhalation is not necessarily connected with the mind ; that process continues owing to the natural functioning of the heart and lungs. The inhalation and the exhalation are, hence, not of any set duration. In some person the inhalation may take a longer time than the exhalation and in some others the opposite may occur. In Pranayama, however, there is a systematic regulation of both the inhalation and exhalation. This is for the reason that the mind is joined to the action of inhalation and exhalation known as Puraka and Rechaka respectively in practicing the Pranayama. Hence their longer and shorter duration within a specified time has to be controlled. The result of this controlled inhalation and exhalation, both in respect of speed and time has a mere beneficial effect on the mind and the body than that of the natural process. Most of us who largely depend on the natural process will derive immense benefit on falling ill by controlled inhalation and exhalation. Such person should inhale slowly and exhale equally slowly in the beginning for 5 to 10 times depending on their strength and continue doing this morning and evening for 25 to 30 day. The natural inhalation is hence called "SWASHANA" or breathing and that inhalation and exhalation which is done extending time limit by applying the power of mind is called "DEERGHASWASHANA" or Pranayama.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRANAYAMA

1. Place for pranayama should be clean, peaceful and airy.

2. Pranayama should not be performed under a fan on full speed.

3. Pranayama should be done in morning hours preferably before the dawn.

4. Body must be cleansed before sitting for Pranayama.

5. Duration of Pranayama should be increased gradually and gradually.

6. One should not sit for Pranayama after meals. At least a gap of 3-4 hours is essential.

7. Pranayama should be practiced after Asans and before Meditation.

8. One should not strain the body.

PRANAYAMA: HOW TO DO IT

A. BHASTRIKA PRANAYAM
Sit in Sukha Asana and take deep breathe so that your lungs are full with fresh air. Hold the air for a few seconds and release it through nose. Repeat this for 5-10 times till your breathing system is perfect.

B. KAPAL BHATI PRANAYAM
Sit in Sukha Asana and take a deep breathe. Exhale the air by pushing the stomach inside and let the process of fresh air inhalation be done with least effort. Repeat this process of exhaling the air by pushing the stomach inside and inhaling fresh air with least efforts atleast 200 times or say for about 15 minutes.


By doing this Kapal Bhati Pranayam for 15 minutes or more every day you can cure the following diseases.

1. Indigestion

2. Acidity and gas.

3. Obesity.

4. All other abdominal related diseases

C. BAGHI PRANAYAM
Sit in Sukha Asana and exhale the air to the maximum possible level and try to move your stomach inside by pressure. Hold it for a few seconds then inhale fresh air. Again exhale the air as above and repeat the process for 10-15 times.

By doing this Baghi pranayam you can cure all problems relating to abdominal and intestine.

D. ANULOM VILOM PRANAYAM
Sit in Sukha Asana and take deep breathe with one nostril open and the other closed by use of your fingers. Now release the air by another nostril which was closed while inhaling the air and closing the other nostril by use of fingers. Take deep breathe by the nostril through which air was exhaled last time and exhale the air through another nostril.


By doing this anulom vilom pranayam for about 15 minutes a day you can cure the following diseases:

1. Hypertension or high blood pressure

2. Diabetes

3. Migraine Pain.

4. Asthma

5. Bronchitis

E. BHRAMRI PRANAYAM
A person should sit in Sukha Asana or dhyan asan , close his eyes , keep his fingers in such a way that three fingers cover the eyes and one finger gives a little pressure on the forehead . The thumb should cover the ears by giving the little pressure. Now he has to take deep breathe and release the air slowly through nose so that a sound similar to the humming of bees comes out . Repeat the process for about 15 minutes.


By doing Bramari pranayam you can cure all diseases related to :

1. Ears

2. Nose

3. Throat

4. Eyes

5. Nervous system

F. UDGEET PRANAYAM
A person should sit in Sukha Asana or dhyan asan, close his eyes, take deep breathe and release the air through mouth slowly that the sound of “OM” is pronounced. Repeat the process for about 15 minutes.

By doing udgeet pranayam you can cure all diseases related to:

1. Nervous system

2. Throat

BENEFITS OF PRANAYAMA

He who practices Pranayama will have good appetite, cheerfulness, handsome figure, good strength, courage, and enthusiasm, a high standard of health, vigor and vitality and good concentration of mind. Pranayama is quite suitable for the Westerners also. A Yogi measures the span of his life not by the number of years but by the number of his breaths. You can take in a certain amount of energy or Prana from the atmospheric air along with each breath. Vital capacity is the capacity shown by the largest quantity of air a man can inhale after the deepest possible exhalation. A man takes fifteen breaths in a minute. The total number of breaths comes to 21,600 times per day.
Other benefits are as follows:-

1. It makes the life meaningful and social.

2. It keeps the man balanced in all the conditions and situations.

3. It helps in understanding the real nature of man and its relationships with the community.

4. It manages psycho physical diseases.

5. It put chain on the senses.
